Excerpt from Memo
In recent years, Rank Choice Voting (RCV) has gained traction as an alternative election method in many parts of the United States—including 2 states, 3 counties, and 58 cities. Those jurisdictions are comprise approximately 13 million voters who utilize RCV as their primary voting method in some elections.
The jury is still out whether or not RCV advocates are right in their assertion that the RCV method produces fairer results than the traditional, and widely used, winner-take-all method.

So how can we leverage political data and predictive analytics to best prepare and plan our political efforts?
